Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a return.
Accepted Returns:
- Only items with defects are eligible for return.
- Please send a photo of the damaged item in an message intellect.wood.2019@gmail.com . Once we review the photo and confirm the issue, a refund can be issued.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that were delivered in accordance with the order and are of satisfactory quality.
- Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Puzzle Instructions
- Contents: The puzzle comes with a bag that holds all the pieces securely.
- Assembly Guide: Each piece has a unique shape and is designed to fit into a specific slot on the puzzle base. Use the shape outlines on the base as a guide for placing each piece
- Labels in English: Each slot on the puzzle base includes the name of the corresponding piece in English, helping children associate words with images.
- Cleaning: The puzzle pieces can be wiped with a damp cloth if needed.
- Safety Note: Some pieces are small, so adult supervision is recommended during play. Due to the small size of some pieces, please ensure your child is playing under your watch.
- Age Recommendation: Suitable for children aged 2 years and older.
- Material Safety: Made from wood and painted with safe, certified, child-friendly paints.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link to monitor your package.
