1This form is used for withdrawal from a distance contract by the consumer pursuant to Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act. The consumer is not obliged to use this form. The consumer is entitled to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of (i) receipt of the goods and/or (ii) conclusion of a distance contract if the subject of the contract is the provision of a service. The withdrawal period from a distance contract is deemed to have been met if the consumer sends a notice of withdrawal from the distance contract to the trader no later than the last day of the period. After withdrawal from the distance contract, all payments made by you in connection with the conclusion of the contract, including delivery costs, will be refunded to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us. Payments will be refunded to you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal. The payment will be refunded to you in the same way that you used to pay for the products, unless you expressly agreed to a different payment method (without any additional fees). Further information on the rights and obligations of the consumer in a distance contract is available on the trader's website.
